"See Inside" Metro Bis in Simsbury

posted on

Metro Bis is one of Connecticut's hottest fine dining experiences. The restaurant is located within the historic Simsbury 1820 house, a national historic landmark. It was also birthplace of Gifford Pinchot, founder of the Yale School or Forestry, First Chief of the US Forest Service and two term Governor of Pennsylvania. I previously wrote and photographed about the Pinchot Sycamore Tree, also located in Simsbury.

Owned by renowned chef Christopher Prosperi, the menu is sure to delight the most discerning of palates. Read more about Chris on the Metro Bis website.

We were thrilled to photograph this wonderful Connecticut restaurant and publish a Google Maps Street View tour for it. Be sure to also check out the banquet facilities.

The photos at the top of the page are some of the still photos included in the package for Metro Bis.
